These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phplago ("phplago," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phplago website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phplago, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
phplago reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use the phplago Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
phplago reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phplago may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any misrepresentation of eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and recovery of any funds paid out in error.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phplago. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. phplago will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. phplago is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplago login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phplago will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify phplago immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phplago is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
phplago is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by phplago for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
phplago accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phplago does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. phplago processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
phplago reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on phplago are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phplago is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

All games on the phplago Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
phplago uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — phplago reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amount to the player's account. phplago is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Bets placed and accepted by the phplago system are final. phplago will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction as determined by phplago in its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplago Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the phplago Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of phplago or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phplago.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplago's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phplago account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpl ago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phplago has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phplago does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phplago expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phplago's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phplago reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phplago reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any regulatory authority or court order.
Upon termination for breach, phplago may forfeit any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any balance derived from legitimate deposits that has not been subject to fraudulent activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your phplago account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been satisfied and KYC verification is complete.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phplago, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phplago support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phplago operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate their complaint through the appropriate regulatory channels.
phplago reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phplago will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phplago Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
